Sarah has over 15 years of experience working with QuickBooks software bookkeeping for small businesses. Previously a small business owner, Sarah is well-versed in small business accounting, from setting up a QuickBooks software chart of accounts to managing full-cycle bookkeeping transactions. She is flexible and aims to meet each client’s unique needs. Sarah loves this work because it takes unrelated, manditory tasks off your plate, leaving you more time to develop what you love!
Accounting Background
With a B.S. in Accounting, Sarah’s passion for details and finances goes back to when she was a child, and her family called her “money bags.” She also enjoyed cleaning out and organizing the junk drawer. Professionally, she has continued to work in bookkeeping and accounting for small businesses. Sarah gives her clients straightforward information and enjoys sharing her passion for bookkeeping to make their lives easier.
When Sarah returned to school for her accounting degree, she also earned an Information Technology minor, learning how to move World Wide Web data from front to back and vice-versa.

Early in her career, Sarah realized she was fortunate to easily “translate” accounting language into layman’s terms, thus leading the way for her clients with straightforward, understandable accounting and bookkeeping information. She has more than a decade of management experience and has successfully run businesses, one that merged with a Fortune 500 company. Sarah enjoys sharing her expertise.

After a significant shift in life, Sarah is working for herself as a Quickbooks Solution Provider and bookkeeper, her first love. Growing up, she was the kid sorting out the junk drawer as her sibling played music with the kitchen utensils and bowls. Happily, she is a Member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program.
